These easy potatoes are going to be your absolute favorite recipe to make as a side with any dinner once your see how easy, and tasty, they are!
Tiffany from Quick and Easy Dinner shared the recipe for these delicious potatoes, and you’re going to wish you started making these years ago!
“These Crock-Pot potatoes are simply the best way to make delicious potatoes for a crowd,” Tiffany wrote on her blog post about the recipe.
It’s a no hassle fix that only requires three ingredients and a few minutes of your time.
The first thing TIffany did was rinse off the uncooked potatoes, chop them up into smaller pieces, and then toss them in the Crock-Pot.
You don’t even need to spend time peeling the skin of the potatoes for this one!
People who have tried out the recipe noted using all types of potatoes: red, russet -- it turns out good with all of them, so just choose your personal favorite (or what you happen to have on hand).
Over the potatoes inside of the slow cooker, Tiffany then added two sticks of butter right on top.
Along with the butter, she also added a cup of Lorrie’s Onion Soup mix. This right here is the secret ingredient which really gives these potatoes amazing flavor.
Once that was dumped on top, she covered the slow cooker with the lid and then left it to cook for a few hours.
“Give it a light stir after the butter has melted to help evenly distribute the seasoning,” Tiffany wrote on her blog post.
Once the potatoes were finished cooking, the only thing left to do was spoon them onto the plate and gobble them up!
“I alway receive compliments when I make these,” Tiffany wrote on her post. “They are so easy that I feel just a twinge of guilt.”
This is a great recipe to make when you don’t have a lot of time to pay attention to the side dish. Plus, you’ll want to eat the yummy potatoes even if you do have the time!
