Here's how you can make this meal tonight.
Get a large, deep saute pan with a lid. Then, slice 6 links of cooked Italian sausage.
Inside the pot, stir together 8 oz. of your favorite pasta shape, 1 15-oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 16-oz. can of your favorite beer, as well as the sliced sausages. Mix everything well to combine for an even flavor and cooking.
Bring the contents of the pot to a boil, then cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.
You'll know the dish is done when the pasta is soft and tender, just to your liking.
Sprinkle on some salt and pepper to taste. You can also slice some green onions and use them as garnish.
