She Grabs A Bag Of Pinto Beans And A Can Of GOLD Spray Paint. By The End? Beautiful!

Everything in her house looked a little dull, so she decided to use ONE thing to spice things up!

When you get tired of some of the belongings you have in your house, there’s a really simple trick that will brighten up the piece and make it look like the latest and greatest find of 2016.

From dishes to furniture, walls to home appliances, there’s only one thing you need to get to transform anything and everything in your home from boring and old to new and fresh in a matter of minutes!

The secret to creating a chic and modern living space is gold spray paint!

Everything gold is so popular right now -- but because of that is also so expensive.

Using gold paint, or, even easier, gold spray paint, gets the look without having to replace everything in your house!

But, you’d probably be surprised by all of the different things that you can make better with the gold coating.

Here’s a list of 11 different items in your home you can revamp right now with a spray can and some painter’s tape!

1. Bar stools

Redo your breakfast nook by changing up the chairs a little bit. Coating just the bottom half of the stool legs is not only easier than doing the entire thing, but it also gets that chic color block look that’s so gorgeous. Check it out here.

2. Drinking straws

No, we’re not saying you should spray paint your straws just to have something pretty to sip from. Drinking straws actually make beautiful geometric wall decor when strung together. Check it out here.

3. String lights

A lot of string lights you get come with green cord around the wires, which makes them great for decorating a Christmas tree but not so nice when you want to light up a patio or bedroom. Taking out the bulbs and going over the entire string with a couple coats of paint is so worth the results. Check it out here.

4. Beans

Again, this isn’t something we recommend putting in your mouth. But, these spray painted beans are as cheap and as cute as it gets when it comes to fill up a vase with which you want to decorate the house. Plus, it looks so much better than those glass marbles. Check it out here.

5. Coffee mug

There are so many different ways to decorate coffee mugs, but this one should be at the top of the list because how simple and adorable it is. Check it out here.

6. Vase

If you don’t want to fill the vase with the gold beans, make the vase itself gold! This is great for the one vase you’ve been using for the last 10 years. Plus, it will sort of hide the water if you forget to change it (we won’t tell). Check it out here.

7. Trash can

This one literally only takes a few minutes to do, but can make all the difference. This is especially great if you want to do it on a can that’s always sitting out. Check it out here.

8. Office chair

If you’re painting the trash can in your office gold, you might want to think about this too! Sometimes the metal on office chairs looks super cheap, but one coat of paint will change that right away. Check it out here.

9. Spoons

Having spoons out on the counter in a pretty container is a great way to add some useful decor in the kitchen. Add some gold-dipped spoons and people will be asking where you get your eye for design! Check it out here.

10. Fan

Summer is on its way and will be here sooner than we expect. Give your fan an update this year with a coat of gold, and you won’t mind having it sit out for as long as you need it! Check it out here.

11. Candlesticks

Don’t spend more on candlesticks just because you like how they look. Instead, buy the cheap white ones and you can give it an upgrade yourself! Check it out here.
